Designed using ADDIE and Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction, the module blends branded media, storytelling, and interactive elements in Rise and Storyline 360. The goal: inspire a sense of purpose, highlight Cox’s customer-first innovation, and foster immediate cultural connection for every new team member. 

This interactive microlearning course equips consultants with practical, real-world strategies for protecting patient privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance while working in remote or non-clinical environments. Built in Rise360, the course features engaging scenarios, quick decision checks, and downloadable job aids to support just-in-time learning. 

A scenario-based Rise360 training developed to help healthcare providers understand the risks of cloned documentation in EHR systems. This short, impactful course clarified compliance expectations, demonstrated acceptable alternatives, and was adopted system-wide as mandatory training following a real audit finding.
