I design learning experiences that don’t just check the box—they check in with the learner. With over 20 years spanning classrooms, hospitals, and high-growth tech environments, I’ve led projects that turn onboarding into empowerment, compliance into confidence, and automation into opportunity. My specialty? Blending instructional design, data, and empathy to build scalable solutions that actually stick.
My career began in public education, where I spent 17 years designing learning that sparked curiosity and empowered students to take the lead. I used inquiry-based and project-based learning to transform classrooms into dynamic labs of discovery. Along the way, I embraced personalized learning and design thinking to create instruction that was relevant, engaging, and flexible enough to work in both in-person and virtual environments.
One of my most memorable experiments? Building an outdoor garden to teach math, science, and sustainability. We got hands-on with soil, growth cycles, and yes—even learned why giant pumpkins and Georgia heat don’t mix. That project, like so many others, taught me that great learning comes from trying, iterating, and not being afraid to fail forward.
Behind every creative learning experience I build is a foundation of data. I’ve always been drawn to trends, patterns, and the kinds of questions that others shy away from. Whether guiding classroom instruction or analyzing performance dashboards, I use data as both compass and canvas—to inform design decisions, uncover insights, and elevate outcomes.
Curiosity eventually led me beyond the classroom. At Google, I worked as a Data Analyst on the Global Client & Agency Sales team, where I created training programs for agency partners, built performance dashboards in Looker, and developed resources that made ad strategy and platform guidelines more accessible. It was a masterclass in scaling learning across fast-moving teams, and it sharpened my ability to align instructional content with business outcomes.
From there, I transitioned into healthcare consulting, where I took on the challenge of designing learning solutions in complex, highly regulated environments. I led the development of RPA and compliance training, built onboarding frameworks, and created dashboards that made bot performance and charge capture data easy to understand and act on. My work helped restore billing operations after a cybersecurity breach, recover over $160 million, and support providers with education that was clear, concise, and actionable.
I also spent three years teaching in Dubai—a chapter that broadened my worldview and reinforced my belief that learning is everywhere. Whether I’m exploring a new culture, building a curriculum from scratch, or teaching myself to play Tchaikovsky on the flute, I’m always learning. And I’m always turning that learning into something meaningful for others.
